The challenges we have in the next step are that we need to have molds for making the memory foams for all 14 models. The prototypes are currently equipped with conventional foam and lose their shape (cushion thickness) over time. At the same time, we have optimized the individual seat cushion shapes so that the fit is even better suited to classic chairs or standard sizes. With so many models, we have to be present during the manufacture of these cushions so that we can carry out quality control on site. At the moment, probably the biggest risk is getting the pillows to us, especially in terms of time and cost.
